Simon Andrews
As Head of Bioinformatics at Babraham Bioinformatics group, Simon’s work is focused on providing commercial and academic bioinformatics services and managing the data pipeline for the Babraham sequencing service. His group has developed many bioinformatics tools, including FastQC, BamQC, SeqMonk, Bismark and HiCUP. Simon completed his BSc in Microbiology at the University of Warwick and his PhD in protein engineering a the University of Newcastle.
