Open Creating FAIR Computational Tools for the Nationally-Scaled Conduct of Biomedical Research

As an Assistant Professor at the DBMI, Paul leads The Avillach Lab whose work focuses on translational bioinformatics, combining clinical and genomic data to address essential biomedical questions. He is currently PI and co-investigator for several large ongoing projects at the DBMI, including PIC-SURE. Paul completed his MD in Public Health from University of Bordeaux and PhD in Biomedical Informatics from University of Marseilles.
