Reproducibility in the statistical analysis of high-throughput phenotypic data with a focus on the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC)
As Senior Data Scientist at EMBL-EBI, Hamed uses high-throughput statistical modeling to analyze genetic data in the context of metabolism, cardiovascular disease, and behavior. He has developed more than 6 R packages including DLASSO and DREGAR. He completed a MS in statistics in 2010 at Azad University of Tehran and a PhD in statistics at Brunel University London in 2016.
