In collaboration with Turku Bioscience Centre Single-Cell Omics Core Facility, we are organising a virtual workshop on single cell RNA-seq data analysis using Cellenics®. Cellenics® is a user-friendly, open source scRNA-seq data analysis tool. Biomage host an instance of Cellenics® that is free for academic researchers.

At this virtual workshop you'll hear an introduction to single cell RNA-seq analysis and gain hands-on experience of analysing a topical SARS-CoV-2 dataset. We'll go from count matrices to publication-ready figures!
