In collaboration with Dr. Luciano Martelotto (University of Adelaide) and Dr. David Gallego Ortega (University of Technology Sydney), Biomage are organising a virtual workshop on single-cell RNA-seq data analysis using Cellenics®. Cellenics® is a user-friendly, open source scRNA-seq data analysis tool. Biomage host a community instance of Cellenics® that is free for academic researchers.

At this virtual workshop you'll hear an introduction to single cell RNA-seq analysis and gain hands-on experience of analysing a topical SARS-CoV-2 dataset.
