The Biomage team will lead a virtual workshop for CHU de Besançon staff and students to introduce Cellenics®, an open source and user-friendly tool for single cell RNA-seq data analysis.

At the workshop, you'll hear an introduction to single cell RNA-seq data analysis and gain hands-on experience of the Cellenics® tool by working through the analysis of a topical SARS-CoV-2 dataset using the Biomage-hosted community instance of Cellenics®.
